Can you have a healthy lifestyle and weight without giving up your favorite foods including chocolate, wines and pasta?yes of course by self disciplined or self control, setting and achieving your healthy diet goal and nevertheless if you follow some guidelines using some perfect book regarding on it.
Im a fun reader of different kind of books, like fiction, love story, suspense history etc. but never to mention book having article talking abbout healhty deit, not good to hear but honestly i easily get boring having it.
one time my officemate urge me to read some of her healthy talking book.but while reading the preface of the book , i got doing interested, and start to read some of the pages and it never comes to my mind that i could read more interesting articles in the book. i really dmired the book so i will share it to you, some of importants and uesful guidelines i've learned. the books shows the way to a lifetime of good food that doesn't pile on the weight. And you dont have to deny yourself.
It's been said that there's a science behind control. Many factors have been quitely undermining people's struggle to keep their weight down. the first is that we're not selecting the right foods to eat and the second is that the portion of the food we're eating have ballooned. Restaurant serve extra large amount of food, yet we still clean our plates, just as we were told to do when we were children. Fast-food portions have has also grown up two to five times over twenty years.
That growing body of research shows that the most people are blissfully unaware on how much food is put in front of them.  At Pennsylvania State of University, researchers that people tended to eat whatever was there on their plate or in a servng package. Using macaroni cheese and 30cm (12in) sandwiches as test foods, the researchers found that the adults ate at least 30 percent more calorie when large portion of these foods where put in fronts of them even though they generally were just a satisfied by the smaller portion.
package size makes difference, too. the same researchers found that women given a 454 (1lb) box of spaghetti to make a dinner for two, remove an average of 234 strands. But if they were given a 900g (2lb) box, told to make the same dinner, they removed an average 302 strands - 29 percent more.
Other studies that used crisps and sweets have shown drastic increases in snacking when the subject was given a large amount of food to dip into.
There's the difference between a portion and a serving the amount of each type of food that you choose to eat to make up a meal or snack, whether you are at home or in s restaurant. A serving,  however, is a standard amount that is used, for example, for calculating recipe serving quanties, for diet plans and for cookery books. serving sizes is not necessarily as the amount in the package. you need to read the labels carefully.
The increase of size in fast food portion is one of the reasons we are fatter than ever before. not only is the food often choked full of calories and saturated fat but we also eat it too frequently. Ask yourself how many times a week you stop at a fast food restaurant for a quick meal for yourself or for your family - then you might see why you sruggle to keep your weight down. And having a healhty mind and boby affected us in a very advantageous way, it made you to do outdoor activities beyond your expectation your body can do. the benefits of not being over weight ....Whatever our age, we all want to enjoy life to the fulliest. The best way to achieve that goal is to stay healthy, so keep your weight down by selecting the right foods and eating then in the right portion and by exercising regularly. and if you're seeking the fountain of the youth, watching oyur weight can help to stop the clock, too.
